I was very comfortable speaking with Noah today. I was impressed with her vast knowledge of more foods for me to eat to aid in possibly eliminating the drugs that I am currently taking. She gave me some good reference material to start reading as well. Will start drinking the tea with ginger root, tumeric root and black pepper that my husband is currently making to help with inflammation.

Good but neither of us knew how long our session would be. I thought I had 15min. Just before 20min mark I realized the time and Sylvia explained they usually will stop or alert to stop session so we continued.
