My Mom and I learned so much from Robert Soliani today! He shared much knowledge in such a condensed amount of time but we never felt rushed. It was very liberating to feel we have options to the allopathic treatments we had previously been urged to pursue. My 92-yr. I loved my consultation with Dr Kasperek, thought she was on board with my thinking about treatment. She discussed my treatment, alternatives and supplementation. I enjoyed the time spent, felt she was competent and easy to talk to. I already received the Probiotic, VSL3 today, take her advised supplements and look forward for my results. I started to do mindful eating and looking at my food choices. Will start the elimination diet as well. Will do liver flushes starting on Wednesday, as I will not be at home until then. Looking forward to that and increasing gut wellness. I liked that she wrote about the supplements so that I have a list of must haves.
