Dr Antonatos provided time and attention to the complex needs of our daughter, asking questions and allowing us to do the same. He was knowledgeable and thorough. He has made himself accessible to us. And we greatly appreciate receiving supplement recommendations that don’t interact with her meds. In my opinion, it was quite a successful video call. FABULOUS! Truly impressed with Dr Laskowski. My wife joined-in (she is a 4-decade neonatal ICU Nurse) now retired and I have worked at our local hospital for VA for 4-decades, so lots of experience with MD's- and we both agree Dr. L. was simply FANTASTIC. Obviously Smart, very Nice and easy to speak with and he shared a bit of his personal story that made the visit just that much better and more personal. A really, really, good start with GOLDCARE. I like the provider, but the cost for the zoom is a little steep to go over history (which he couldn't review my intake form. I was at work and didn't have the info I needed) nor could not physically check me over.

The appointment was timely, and Melodee was both personable and professional. The expectation about what to expect for the first appointment was both clear and met. Pertinent questions were asked, including follow up questions to my answers. I felt like I was allowed to speak freely and honestly. Some initial guidance was provided with a complete follow up plan to follow in my next appointment. I am looking forward to have support and information that I feel like I can trust. It's wonderful knowing there is someone who is willing to work with me, offering information and guidance, but also respecting my choices and decisions as we move forward.

We've been establishing a patient/doc relationship. I'm very pleased that she and I think alike in regard to using supplements and natural means of improving health conditions, rather than jumping straight to drugs that simply mask symptoms and don't address the behaviors that may be causing the condition.

The appointment went well. I am just confused as to where my Rx was sent. I haven’t received it in the mail and have not heard from the pharmacy. I am not feeling well and would like to start the medication asap.

I could not get my microphone to work. With that handicap Ms. smith stuck with me and we were able to communicate however slow but effective. Waiting on my medication and very happy with her services. I have my equipment working now and look forward to the follow up appointment.
