I have used GoldCare to listen to various video presentations. This was my first attempt to make an appointment with a provider. Dr. Jay Flottman was the perfect choice for my session. My apologies to him because I scheduled the appt. with less than an hour for him to respond. However, he was well prepared to offer advice regarding management of my high cholesterol situation. I had taken statins for at least 30 years. The GoldCare videos convinced me that statins were not a good choice. Dr. Flottman amplified the risks and side effects. Then he proceeded to advise me with better alternatives, focusing on a healthy diet. I look forward to continue working with Dr. Flottman in the future.

Dr Lakin is great. The video/audio froze several times. I wasn't able to order the labs Dr Lakin suggested. Lab test ordering needs to be streamlined. I wasn't able to order the tests suggested.

The appointment went well. I am just confused as to where my Rx was sent. I haven’t received it in the mail and have not heard from the pharmacy. I am not feeling well and would like to start the medication asap.

Ms. Graber is very engaging. I appreciated her answers to my questions. It appeared that she did not know the full extent of the current meds offered in the Covid meeting protocol. Specifically, I asked her how she recommends I take the Ivermectin and Hydroxy., whether for different or the same symptoms, and she said she was only aware that the Ivermectin would be in the Covid pack and she was not aware the Hydroxy. was in the pack, but it does show the Hydroxy. on the website. Perhaps it would be good to update the providers with an email containing the current items included in the Covid pack when they get a Covid prep scheduled appointment? Anyway, I enjoyed the appointment and look forward to many more with GoldCare. 🙂
