I have used GoldCare to listen to various video presentations. This was my first attempt to make an appointment with a provider. Dr. Jay Flottman was the perfect choice for my session. My apologies to him because I scheduled the appt. with less than an hour for him to respond. However, he was well prepared to offer advice regarding management of my high cholesterol situation. I had taken statins for at least 30 years. The GoldCare videos convinced me that statins were not a good choice. Dr. Flottman amplified the risks and side effects. Then he proceeded to advise me with better alternatives, focusing on a healthy diet. I look forward to continue working with Dr. Flottman in the future.

Dr Lakin is great. The video/audio froze several times. I wasn't able to order the labs Dr Lakin suggested. Lab test ordering needs to be streamlined. I wasn't able to order the tests suggested.

My wife joined-in (she is a 4-decade neonatal ICU Nurse) now retired and I have worked at our local hospital for VA for 4-decades, so lots of experience with MD's- and we both agree Dr. L. was simply FANTASTIC. Obviously Smart, very Nice and easy to speak with and he shared a bit of his personal story that made the visit just that much better and more personal. A really, really, good start with GOLDCARE. I was glad to have met her and so happy this am when I checked availability she had a time I could manage today to complete this. She explained compound med which I didn't know. And answered the question regarding updating history intake form the best she could and referred me back to Lydia, RN which was helpful.

It was good and helpful. It could have been just a 15min appointment. The only critique is that it was a 30 min appointment I paid for and it only lasted about 24 min.

Very Good! Robert is very knowledgeable! He gave me the history of and a thorough understanding of exactly how Ivermectin works in the body against bacterial infections -vs- how antibiotics work, and I felt "heard" and not dismissed (like I was by a mainstream medical doctor when I suggested perhaps Ivermectin could work for my condition when 5 prescriptions of antibiotics had failed). Robert Soliani indicated that using Ivermectin is definitely they way to go for my condition. For the first time in over a year, I actually feet hopeful that I can finally heal this condition! THANK YOU, ROBERT!
