It was a pleasure meeting NP, Audra Hanners. She was very tentative in addressing my concerns. She was veryknowledgeableand gave helpful feedback. I was very pleased with the telemed service.

Well, we hit the ground running. He studied my prior blood work and took me off of two prescriptions in the first meeting. It is very exciting.

I have used GoldCare to listen to various video presentations. This was my first attempt to make an appointment with a provider. Dr. Jay Flottman was the perfect choice for my session. My apologies to him because I scheduled the appt. with less than an hour for him to respond. However, he was well prepared to offer advice regarding management of my high cholesterol situation. I had taken statins for at least 30 years. The GoldCare videos convinced me that statins were not a good choice. Dr. Flottman amplified the risks and side effects. Then he proceeded to advise me with better alternatives, focusing on a healthy diet. I look forward to continue working with Dr. Flottman in the future.

I like my visit Doctor answer all my questions. Give me his opinion like I wanted to hear. Also new tips to improve my health.

Noah Gudel gave excellent advice. After receiving counsel from here, I met with my hematologist the following week, who told me that my diagnosis was indeed CLL--just as Noah Gudel prognosticated.

I could not get my microphone to work. With that handicap Ms. smith stuck with me and we were able to communicate however slow but effective. Waiting on my medication and very happy with her services. I have my equipment working now and look forward to the follow up appointment.
