The appointment went well. I am just confused as to where my Rx was sent. I haven’t received it in the mail and have not heard from the pharmacy. I am not feeling well and would like to start the medication asap.

It was good and helpful. It could have been just a 15min appointment. The only critique is that it was a 30 min appointment I paid for and it only lasted about 24 min.

I have only had one appointment with Dr. Ling so far. I found her easy to talk to and feel confident that she knows how to help me based upon the suggestions she gave me. We decided to do some bloodwork and I promptly received the order. I asked for a change on the bloodwork order and, again, promptly received a reply. So far so good.

She was very helpful and pleasant.

Our session was completely satisfactory. This was our first session and was primarily information gathering. I had not been able to complete the patient information before we met but have now done it.

I'm very thankful for Dr. Conrad's patience in listening to my questions, and the abundant information and ideas which she shared.

Great experience with the doctor. Just wish the experience with the pharmacy was better. Still waiting for meds. I called them as well, but still waiting for a text to say they are sending them...2 days later.
